Keith has over twenty years of public accounting experience (seven years in a National Accounting Firm environment) serving privately held and SEC registrant companies in the manufacturing, technology, solid waste disposal, and distribution industries. Keith is our Quality Control Partner and Director of SEC client services and has hands on experience advising our clients on all the latest challenges of new financial reporting pronouncements including, fair value, stock based compensation, sophisticated debt and equity financing including the complexities of derivative evaluation and financial statement disclosure.

He also has significant experience with operational and financial due diligence projects associated with potential business acquisitions. Keith monitors several financial and accounting information resources in order to proactively communicate developments affecting his clients' businesses and to address their ever changing financial reporting needs during the year. Outside of the office, Keith volunteers his time with several organizations. His community activities include fundraising for the North Central Chamber Scholarship Foundation, treasurer for youth service related not-for-profit organizations and serving as a volunteer assistant coach for the Leominster High School Varsity Golf Team.
