Michael Stowe is a founding partner of Stowe & Degon, LLC. Mike has over 20 years of public accounting experience, serving a number of industries including manufacturing, high-technology, distribution and SEC clients. Mike's areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions consulting and litigation support. In addition, Mike also works with emerging growth and development stage companies to develop and implement their initial business plan. Mike is an active director for several charitable organizations including the St. Francis Home, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Shrewsbury Little League. Mike also coaches several youth sport teams.

David Degon is a founding partner of Stowe & Degon. Dave has over 18 years of public accounting experience, serving a number of industries including manufacturing, high-technology, not-for-profit and service organizations. Dave has had significant audit management roles on public and private companies having in excess of one billion dollars in revenue. Dave is an active director for the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is on the Alumni Committee for the University of Massachusetts. Dave also coaches a Little League baseball team.

Keith began his career in public accounting in 1984. His experience includes seven years in an international firm environment serving SEC and non-SEC clients within the manufacturing, distribution, high-technology, healthcare, not-for-profit, and retail industries. Keith has extensive experience in implementation and compliance with Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards and financial reporting experience and has supervised SarBox consulting engagements and audits of organizations that range in size from startup to $400 million. Additionally, he serves as a financial consultant/advisor for many of our small/middle market clients.

Paul Gilligan is the lead tax partner of Stowe & Degon. Paul has over 23 years of public accounting experience, serving clients in a number of industries including manufacturing, SEC and closely held businesses. Paul is a recognized leader in the construction industry as well the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Paul works closely with each of his clients to proactively address their tax needs. Paul is active in several professional associations and umpires for a local Little League.

Liz has over fifteen years of public accounting experience serving clients within the non-profit, manufacturing, high-technology, and healthcare industries. Liz has extensive financial reporting experience, including preparation of not-for-profit financial statements in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. Also, Liz has extensive experience assisting clients in the preparation of Uniform Financial Reports. Liz has managed audits of organizations that range in size from startup to $300 million. She has dealt with complex revenue recognition issues arising in both the software and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to being a senior audit manager, Liz serves as a financial consultant/advisor for many of our small/middle market clients.

Barbara has over twenty years of public accounting experience including eleven years at the Big Four level. Barbara serves a number of industries including life sciences, manufacturing, and high technology. Barbara's experience includes due diligence, SEC reporting and compliance, and addressing issues such as purchase accounting, consolidations, including foreign subsidiaries, stock-based compensation and other equity arrangements. Barbara also directs the firm's employee benefit plan practice.
