Mike has over twenty years of public accounting experience (eleven years in the International Accounting Firm environment) serving many industries, including technology, manufacturing, insurance and construction companies.
Mike has hands on experience advising our clients on all the latest challenges of FASB/SEC financial reporting including software revenue recognition, stock based compensation, sophisticated debt and equity financing including the complexities of derivative evaluation and financial statement disclosure. Mike also advises clients in the area of Sarbanes-Oxley implementation.
Mike earned his BA from Assumption College and his MBA from Clark University.
